Camera starts when open cover

Samsung Galaxy S4 with S view cover.
Os: Lollipop

When I turn my screen off with the power button and then unlock by pressing home button evrything works well.
But when I close the cover and then opens up the camera starts every time!

So annoying!

I've checked the settings for "lock screen" and security -> smart lock. Nothing wrong there.

I have the same problem after upgrading to lollipop.
The camera app starts every time I open the s view cover.

Anyone knows what makes this happen? It was fine on 4.4.2

I restored to factory default and the problem was gone for a couple of hours, but then it came back.
I did not do anything in settings to make this happen.

Same thing happens to me. Camera opens every time I swipe to unlock. Shortcut diabled. Soooo annoying

Joining the club. Same problem persists but only with the S-View Cover. When I unlock the phone with the normal buttons, the camera won't open. But every time I flip open the cover, camera application starts.

Samsung support instructed following: clear the camera application data (settings). I tried it, and the problem was gone until I started camera application. After that the problem continued. Support instructed to make a hard reset on the phone. Did that, with similar results as with the camera application reset. This is clearly a software bug but the support tells me that they are not able to do anything to it. Thanks a lot Samsung??! Has anyone found a workaround?
