Welcome to Android Central! I doubt the memo pad app that came with the phone has a print function. Your best bet is to copy all of the text of the article and paste it to a Google Doc (if you don't have Google Drive and Google Docs installed on your phone, I highly recommend it). It's easy to print a Google Doc from your computer. If you want to print it from the phone, you should set up Google Cloud Print.
