How do I transfer contacts from a Nokia C3 onto a Samsung J1?

Hi.
I'm trying to help my dad out but can't see an easy way to transfer contacts from a Nokia C3 onto a Samsung J1.
About all I can find is to install Nokia Suite and Samsung Kies.
Does anyone know a quicker / easier way without buying apps?
