How do I transfer music from my Samsung Galaxy S6 to my PC?

I have my phone plugged into my computer via USB, but I cannot find the music that I have downloaded on my phone to move to my PC.

Welcome to Android Central! How did you download the music? If you did it from the Google Play Music app, you can't manipulate those files -- they're only for offline use by the Play Music app. You can always download songs from your Play Music library directly to your computer from the website.
