Welcome to Android Central! Connect to a computer via USB and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photo files from the phone's internal storage (in the /DCIM/Camera directory) to an appropriate directory on the microSD card. Make sure you use the Copy function, not Move, since the latter automatically deletes the source file. If something goes wrong with the move, then you're stuck without a valid copy of the photo. Once you've copied the photos successfully, you can then delete the photos from the internal storage.
