How do I turn off Talkback on Galay S3 version 4.1.2? Thank you

Going through app manager and accessories and erasing all data does not work. It comes right back

The only thing that worked for me is to go to Settings > Application Manager and scroll through the list of apps. If you find Google Text-to-Speech or Samsung Text-to-Speech (TTS), disable them. It will give you a warning, but do it anyway.

After trying a lot of different things with Accesibility, Sound, and Text-to-Speech that didn't work, I hope this is finally going to work! No more "Page 1", "Page 2", "The folder is open!" Hope this helps you and others.
