How do i turn off the notification to enable a wired headset while im playing music on a aux cable

I use my asus tablet to play spotify while im in the car... i plug andy (my tablet) into the aux connecter while im driving! However every so often the music will stop and a womans voice will say something thing along the lines of your tablet is locked, to get started you need to go into google apps and allow wired headsets or something to that fashion! Ive been through my entire settings and i cant find anything to do with wired headsets?? Is this just a bug?? Should i have bought apple? Should i Have followed my family and bought an ipad? Do i need to reaccess some of my rash descisions in life? Please get back to me asap

Cheers

Re: How do i turn off the notification to enable a wired headset while im playing music on a aux cab

"or something to that fashion" is useless when it comes to computers. Even where a punctuation mark is, may change the entire meaning of the error message.

Wait until it happens, then write down the exact wording, and post it here. (You'll have to create a free account here to keep posting in this thread.)

Once we know the message, someone can try to duplicate it and figure out how to eliminate it. Right now we're in a dark room, there may be a black cat in it, and we're trying to see it. It may be a yellow bird, though, in which case we'll never find the black cat. ("Google Apps", "this particular app" and "Google Plus" are all totally different things - and the message may not even actually have the word Google in it. Please don't make us guess.)

Re: How do i turn off the notification to enable a wired headset while im playing music on a aux cab

First time connecting my phone to the aux port to play music in the car today and received the same message.

OP had most of the message, here is the rest

"to get started you must first allow wired headsets to play on your phone, which is locked. To allow wired headsets to your google app settings and choose Voice and Under hands Free. Then choose allow wired headsets"

going to try this solution later when I head home from work:
In language and input, go to 'voice search' under 'speech'. Then 'hands-free', it is the wired headsets option.
