How do I unroot my LG G4?

I have an AT&T G4 running 5.1 that is rooted, has had xposed installed and various modifications made like apps frozen, pimp my rom, and stuff like that. I want to reset it back to stock firmware. What I want to know is how to flash the stock firmware and how safe is it? Do I need to do any prepping like gradually undoing my xposed modifications prior to flashing? I want to reset my phone to like it was out of the box and do not want to brick it. Thanks.

You should be able to just download the appropriate KDZ file from DevTester, and then flash it with LG Flash Tool.

I tried this and got the "is not connected to server" message. I pulled the battery and re-installed. Now it is completely dead. No power no anythiong. Is it a lost cause? Any way to unbrick?

Be very careful using this method. Since bricking mine, I've been contacted by three others who had the exact same thing happen in the exact same sequence. Just an fyi.

Sadly there has been no development at all on the AT&T model G4. No RUU's or anything. Which is why the AT&T G4 is my first Android phone I have not Rooted. Even the 815 European model has had very limited development.

I contacted LG about trying to fix my phone. They said no problem. Just send it in and for the price of a new phone they'll be glad to reflash it. Anyone want it?

You can ship it to me if you just want to get rid of it. I've started working at a ubreakifix store which takes tablets and phones apart for repair, so it'd be cool to have a practice device to not worry about about ruining. I can pay shipping.
