How do I update operating system?

Lollipop was pushed to my 2012 Nexus 7 but I was not able to install. Now I don't know how to update. When I attempt to do it in settings I'm told it's already updated to the latest version. Where can I go to download lollipop again and attempt to install it a second time? Thanks.

They stopped lollipop upgrade on nexus 7 for a while. Its to fix bugs so don't worry about it ull get it later

The answer is simple. Don't. Been without my tablet for a month now since the update which is why I'm going apple at Xmas. Really is a pity because I loved android but enough is enough.
