how to upgrade android 4.2.2 to 4.3 without using computer? I've tried to update it for how many times,but still not working on my phone. Please help.. thank y0u!

I'm also interested in the upgrade because my Samsung GT-S7580 device can not be factory upgraded. This is necessary because my new watch requires a minimum of Android 4.3?!?!
