How do you change the sound notification for email on Galaxy Note 4 new email app perhaps?

"When you go into Settings, tap the email account under "Manage accounts" first, then tap the email account again, then go down to Notification sound and tap there to get to different choices for the ringtone." Thank you!! This worked perfectly.

I am in the same exact position. Except I have a Galaxy Tab 3. Notification Ringtone setting (for Pop 3 email) is greyed out no matter how I get to it. I'd like to change the sound from tickety tock. Why on earth is it greyed out? And how can I enable it?
