How do you delete an app that you have downloaded or it was pushed on your phone?

Launch the market, press the menu button, and select "downloads". Then click on the program and you will be given the option to uninstall it.

You mean the pre-installed bloatware? You can't remove those programs unless you root the phone.

1. Settings/Applications/Manage applications
Tap the App you want to remove and you will see the Uninstall button.

2. Use MM Studio Uninstaler (available at the market).
