How do you get past the setup screen on a S4 after previous user left it?

how do you get past the setup screen on a S4 after previous user left it.

I need help getting past the setup wizard after doing a hard reset on my S4. It wants the previous owners samsung info... its my phone that my nephew has been using and he has up and left me with a phone I cant get into.

Welcome to Android Central! If you've done a full factory reset, it shouldn't remember the previous accounts. Can you enter your own Samsung account, or create one?
