I've tried using the SD card section of the tray but it doesn't seem to fit. Anyone have any ideas? I know the 5G version is single sim but note 10 plus clearly said dual sim.
Thanks
Thanks
That depends on the region. At least in the US, official samsung phones never had dual sim functionality unless you buy the international dual sim model.I've tried using the SD card section of the tray but it doesn't seem to fit. Yeah this, I think if it's a dual sim model they will have D in model number. What's your model number?
Yeah then you don't have dual sim. Official US models don't support dual sim and never have.I bought the phone direct from Samsung in the US
Looks like the sim tray is different to the S10 where you could have them next to each other

SM-N975F/DS (Dual-SIM Unlocked) is the dual sim international unlocked model.
At least it's unlocked versionOK, always next year!
Thanks for the clarification
Not for a US 5G dual-SIM version. I doubt you'll be seeing that while anyone still wants something as old as a Note 10 will be by then.OK, always next year!
