How do you prioritise notification order on lock screen?

I use my phone to receive blood sugar reading. It shows on my lock screen. When I get a new notification from any other app, that shows on my lock screen and to view my blood sugar readings I have to unlock the phone and use pull down menu.

Is there any way to prioritise the order of notifications so that one app always shows on my lock screen and doesn't get bumped off with a more recent notification?

I haven't even seen this ability on Samsung and they have the most customizable lock screen through their good lock app. That would be such a handy feature. Are you using continuous monitoring for your diabetes?
