How do you send N7 for repairs?

I'm having digitizer issues (it keeps thinking I am pressing the home button, pulling down the notification shade, and other stupid issues).

Tried factory resets, but no go.

How do I get this repaired?

Contact Google and see what they say. If it's under warranty or something, they should be able to send you everything you need to send it in for repair.
