How do you unlock a Samsung Galaxy S9

I would like to move from VZW to a different network. How do I unlock the phone?

You would either need the carrier to unlock it (automatically or send you a code) or purchase a code online (not guaranteed it would work). Now, if I'm not mistaken, however, Verizon phones are usually already unlocked, so you might not need to do anything to use a different SIM card on it (although you MIGHT need to re-configure your APN settings to get data/MMS working properly).
