Just as the title says, after using your Moto G³ for a few weeks or the months since its release, how's it treating you and how do you like it?

I just got mine about two weeks ago and so far I'm loving it!

It's my first Android device after being a BlackBerry user for years, so I asked a knowledgeable friend to help me choose the "least bloaty" phone in my price range.

It seems to be a nice, solid phone and I'm glad I chose it. I only wish the 16G version was available at my store at the time, but that's merely an inconvenience.

Had mine since mid-August, never had an issue... This is the best phone I've ever owned and I've had a lot of Android devices. Will go thousands of hours without needing a reboot, something no phone I've ever owned could do.

I love it, came over from a Galaxy Avant, and my new (almost a month old) moto g seems so much smoother and snappier than the avant. Definitely the best phone I've ever owned so far. I respect that Motorola doesn't load the phone with custom ui crap and apps that I have no desire to use. So far I'd definitely consider Motorola for my next phone after this one. I'd probably even stick to the G series as it grows so long as Motorola doesn't do anything crazy to the model in future generations.

Phone 1: touchscreen issues

What were your touchscreen issues?

I've had mine a couple weeks, and I have touch issues with a tower defense game I play frequently. My taps are frequently not recognized, often many in a row. It seems to be worst in the middle of the screen.

General usage is fine; it never seem to miss taps except in the game.

I think I am just unlucky though. I now have a case so the bent accent piece is fine.\
EDIT: YeGods, I hate phantom touches.

I'm very very happy with the phone. Coming from a lumia 520 might make me exaggerate things, but the OS and the phone in general is so much smoother. There are just a couple of things that I would love to borrow from windows phone. The keyboard and the people app.
Android does have some weird things. The default messaging app didn't have the ability to mute conversations. Hangouts has its own issues. Took me a couple of months to figure out that you had to swype from the shift key to emoticon key to add a line break.
Other than that, the phone is more than amazing. It looks classier than most higher end phones, works seamlessly and the lack of bloatware puts the samsungs of this world to shame!
there are a couple of issues. I'd have loved to have an led notification light in addition to moto display. The chrome on my volume button is already wearing off. There are no dual front speakers. I am yet to find a decent and free camera app.

My previous (and first) smartphone was a BlackBerry z10. I liked it, but had a crappy 1800mA battery and the app situation was was atrocious. What a difference Android makes! I'm loving pure Android and the battery life is amazing! From 8am to midnight and still have 25% left. My G3 is buttery smooth, screen is bright and sharp, and love the phone design!

Very happy. Moto G user since first generation here. The 16/2 version is the best. I won't go with 1gb of ram ever again. For the people saying they are very unhappy, sometimes brand new stuff doesn't work. I had other devices in the past that didn't work right out of the box and that includes an iPhone, brand new Phillips TV, computer motherboards, etc. Sometimes brand new doesn't mean it will work cause there's always a chance that is will be DOA.
Can't wait for Moto G 4th.

It's my third phone and by far the best. I've owned a Lumia 520, HTC Desire 500 and an iPad mini. I've used all the three OS and I don't know why but there is something that attracts me to Android again and again. Now, coming on to the phone, it works like charm. I've downloaded Real Racing 3, Clash of Clans, Sherlock: The Network, etc. But no lag at all. Although, I once had one when I was on Lollipop but Marshmallow solved it. Marshmallow has made my phone more snappier and it utilises the 2GB Ram efficiently.

Camera- Better than iPhone 6 (compared with my friend's iPhone).

Build quality- Cannot be better in this price bracket.

Other add ons- Waterproof (the most amazing feature) , Sound Quality (Heaven) and a great battery backup (works for me the whole day).

All in all, Moto G3 (2GB edition) + Marshmallow are a bang for the buck.

Thanks to Moto for creating such an elegant device. 😊

This phone taught me that you don't need a high end/expensive phone to have a good experience. #2 on my list right after the '14 X on the best phones I've owned.

Water resistant, not water proof. Very different.
