How is Sprint?

I've had excellent customer service from my local Sprint store, and acceptable customer service from their phone line. Their on-line chat was pretty horrible. But since the local store is around the corner from my office, I have been very happy with them.

I've had horrendous customer service from Verizon. So bad I don't even want to talk about it.

No, you said the same thing in the fourth post of this thread and were responded to. Sorry, not trying to argue, just pointing out that you said the same exact things a month ago
