like yours, my estimated shipping was two weeks out, but it shipped within a day or two. 2 day shipping (i think), so i had it in like 4 or 5 days after ordering. this was a month ago.
Re: How long do they really take to ship? (It's theoretically shipped!)
Woo hoo. As of this 8 am EST this morning (3/6) it's marked as shipped with a UPS tracking number, although it's not in the UPS system yet. I guess Google has a night shift. Of course, I'm in the mid-Atlantic region, and there is a big snow storm settling in, so no doubt my shipment will be delayed because that's what always happens to me. So hopefully, I'll get it sometime next week, factoring in weekends and the fact that I'm assuming UPS will want a signature and I'll be at work and have to reroute it to a UPS store. I've been studying Amazon, looking for a case and am undecided. Guess I'd better hurry up and decide!
BTW, apologies for being one of a dozen posts on this subject and thanks for the lack of flames that could create on some other boards I frequent. I didn't see all the others when I posted... and in my defense I was doing it at work and had my privacy screen angled so that even I could barely see what was on my screen
A friend of mine ordered his 2 days ago and he already has it! He got 2 wireless charges an 8gig and 16gig version all in the same order. So pretty quick from my understanding. I might be getting on to get off of the S3 time period and go with just Nexus devices on my att cell service.
The Lloyd Flex case suggested above in this post looks pretty awesome. Off of Amazon I got the Ionic GUARDIAN Armor Case. Not the sexiest case, and adds a bit of heft, but it gives great protection.
Ha, watch. I'll end up getting the phone before I get the sim card I ordered! (Can I still play with it on wifi if there is no sim card?).
That flex case looks nice. I may try that too, but will probably order something from Amazon for the prime next day delivery, because I'd be afraid to use this phone without a case.
