How many using a skin instead of a case?

I've just applied a Dbrand skin to my S8+ as I can't bare to cover up that gorgeous design with a case - even a thin one. I know the trade off is no drop protection but the phone is so damn pretty without a case. I was intrigued how many others preferred skins to cases? I'll get back to you when I drop the phone and wish I'd been rocking an ugly Otterbox!

I prefer skins, especially custom ones I design myself. I also know that it would take me less than a day to break my phone if I didn't have a case which is why I can't not have one on. Whatever happened to those days when we could have our phones naked and not have a care in the world about scratched glass or broken screens?

The internet cried and moaned about "premium look and feel" for a number of years and Samsung listened after a time.

I'm doing the same. A dbrand dragon skin on the back, full screen Ghost armour on the front. I just love the way my S8+ feels without a case -- even a slim case.

I just got my white marble dbrand skin in the mail a few days ago (also ordered the dragon skin)

I used cases on older phones because the was thick anyways, since the S6 I refuse to use a case because the phone is so thin and they sacrifice battery life to achieve this thickness now I'm making the phone thick and ugly to me that's pointless haha

I love my skin so far, I have my dragon skin on my closet whenever this one gets super dirty or messed up or if I just get bored then I'll switch to the dragon skin

I just fitted an xtreme skin to my S8. Pretty happy, I purchased 3 (leather, carbon and gloss) have fitted the leather first.

I use a Decalgirl skin and the Samsung clear case. It's enough protection for me.

Maybe the Android future involves unbreakable phones... but, then, they would have to end their crazy competition w/Apple over style.

I used a dbrand at first carbon fiber Red then changed to a Red mighty skin which I like a lot better in terms of look and feel. Better grip with the mighty skin. I currently go more than half the time with no case at all and just my front screen protector which is liquid glass by skinomi and my back protection from mighty skin.

I was looking into buying one but they aren't on Amazon at all! That's weird bc all of their other models are. I wonder if they got bad reviews?

Phones and tablets are so expensive nowadays and also used for everything I just won't risk it with a skin. I buy the best drop proof screen protectors I can get. Griffin or Otterbox for me.

Still waiting for my natural leather skin from Slickwraps. Hopefully it will be here by Monday.

Try skins because cases are bulky and it ruins your phones look. I am using newly released Camoflaunt Skin from GadgetShieldz. It has a very gallant look. The skin is so grippy in my hands.
