How much credits in Total?

I switched my carrier from AT&T to Verizon. Only thing I got was the initial taxes I paid. I am waiting for my last bill from AT&T but I will call and demand the credits I DESERVE regardless of the carrier switch.

I see that a lot of people are getting text messages about a $100 credit for returning the note 7. Aren't we also suppose to get $25 for the first recall, as well as the monthly payments of the phone?

It's 25 for returning the phone the first time and then 75 for the second time.

That's not the way I understood it or had it explained to me. The second recall was $25 if you returned the phone or swapped for a different phone. If you chose to stay with a Samsung phone you got another $75, total of $100. The first recall was $25 and a seperate credit.

That is how I understood it as well. There were 2 Note7's on my account. Turned them in after recall 1 for 2 "safe" Note7's. After second recall I turned them in for 2 S7 Edge's. I just got the $25.00 for 1 of the 2 Note7's. Still waiting on the other $25.00 and the 2 $75.00 credits. So I am expecting $200.00 in total credits.

Way I was told by Verizon you should have $250 total. $50 first recall for 2 phones. $200 for second recall for 2 phones if you swapped both with Samsung phones.

I was told something completely different. I never saw a separate 25 for the first recall , but I do have the 100 now. Maybe I didn't get the 25 because I didn't get a loaner phone? I just went back to my note 5 the first recall.

I got the first $25 credit, and they are saying I will get another $100 since I got the S7 edge. This is a screwed up mess, so who knows.

3 million Samsung washing machines being recalled , one persons jaw broken.

$25 credit for the N7 and total of $100 if you stay with Samsung.
Still have bad advise out there thought we were over that buy now!
