How much does it cost to replace a phone for T-Mobile if paying insurance monthly?

I pay i think $25 monthly for insurance and i cracked the screen... i rather just get an entire new galazy s5 then just fixing the screen.

Check the local price to fix it - if it's just the glass, it's not that expensive to fix. Then check the insurance paperwork to see what the cost for replacement is. It's probably $150-$200 to replace the phone - fixing a cracked glass will normally be cheaper. (The cost is mainly labor, and an experienced technician can do it pretty quickly.)
