I just disabled mine. I'm running the beta, so I'll see if I notice anything different.

That's a OneUI 5.0 feature - so if you're not on the beta you will have to wait until the general release.

I use my phone for some work stuff, so I am sitting out the beta; couldn't risk losing my ability to log in to work...

there have been some indications that the RAM Plus is the cause of some jittery behavior in the phones that have RAM Plus enabled. (all phones with One UI 4.1 or higher).

my personal experience since disabling the feature is that my phone is much smoother and even quicker.
