how ti decrypt safebox encrypted images/videos

I have been using InFocus m2 phone running on kitkat . unfortunately i move safebox database to sd card and now safebox showing empty .. all decrypt files are in tact but couldn't restore

Move them back to the phone they came from, decrypt them, move the decrypted files to the new phone and encrypt them. Most encryption uses something unique to the phone as part of the encryption/decryption key, so even if someone steals your files they can't decrypt them.
