how to add my s6 to account manager but cannot access phone forgotten password after doing an update passwords i used not working

Hi

Unless you know your Android Device Manager/google account login and password, there is no way to gain access to your phone, short of a factory reset. You can also access VIA Samsung's FInd My Mobile, if you set it up. Sorry!
