How to add Sound profile in Quick Settings in HTC 10 ?

I upgraded from HTC M8 to HTC 10. In M8, there was a Sound profile option in Quick Settings. I could turn my phone to either Normal, Vibrate or Silent.

In HTC 10 I don't see this option in Quick Settings. I have to go to Setting/Sound & Notification/Sound profile.

Can I add Sound profile in the Quick Settings in HTC 10 ? If not then do I have to download an app/widget for audio settings?

For some reason, some manufacturers did away with customizing quick settings. I believe you could root your device and activate the System UI Tuner (what it's called). You can also push the up or down volume button, and it will open a sound settings overlay. Just click on the icon on the left side to switch between the sound profiles.
