How to allow individual contact exceptions when using do not disturb?

Id much rather not reduce my favorites to one or two people just to do this, is there any other way to allow calls from one or two specific contacts when do not disturb is enabled?

I'm trying to find an app for this as I get random calls early in the morning. I want my wife and parents to be able to call no matter what and have the notification be loud, even when in do not disturb mode.
