How to attach a dropbox file to a gmail reply mail

I am trying to reply to an email message on gmail and i would like to attach a Word doc stored on dropbox but when i hit attach my only two options are gallery or file manager. How can I add dropbox?

You cant.

You need to download your dropbox file onto your phone. Then when using gmail, select file manager to send it.



Use google docs for storing word docs, then you can gmail it.

Also for dropbox, instead of attaching the file. You should send the web url link to the shared word document.
