How to block iphone from internet?

I have recently find out that there is app called:
ProxyDroid App
They can access internet even if dont know password.
So I want to find out how to block it?

Anyone can "access" any address on the internet. But you can't do anything with the server you access unless you know the password. (If it's badly written, almost anyone can access it - if it's well-written, your ip address goes into a "block this address" list and your provider is notified.)

If you're worried about your phone, run a firewall on it.

I am just wondering why you are asking about iPhone apps on an Android website? Surely you need to be asking about this on the Apple forums! This forum is for Android phones only. And the Samsung S3 specifically.
