How to bring my optimus s back to stock?

IM trying to bring my optimus s back to stock.

Also my nandbackup of my stock got deleted by accident, is there another place where i can get a copy

If you follow that thread and do the ##786# reset at the end, you'll be really back to stock with your /data reset and also your nvram reset. Just root that using the ZVH root sticky and make a new nandroid backup. The ZVH rooting thread should work for ZVD as well.

As far as rooting goes, it will...the ZVD links are in there.
