well, for anybody on a mac who wants to do this, it's easy!

i've been using BetterZip to browse the .apk files, extracting the folder with images, saving them to another folder on my desktop after being modified, then simply just copied all the new images back into the BetterZip window, and it will overwrite the files. save the .apk, then push to the phone

Having problems with the resign tool on Windows 7. When i right click I don't see the resign option... I notice when I have to put yes after hitting 3, it says error. But it still says that I can right click to resign below that error. Any ideas what's going on? I've rebooted twice now before.. is there a way to just adb resign or something?


Edit: I ran the testsign.apk and now i have the optin when i right click that says resign apk, but when i click it I get a popup that says windows can't open this file and asks what program to use to open it.. any ideas?

If there is an option that says open with java then clicking that will do the same.

Yeap you must have root and have a custom recovery installed to be able to flash any themes made from this guide.

I take my hat off to you all. after seeing these themes, i said Im gonna make me a University of Kentucky basketball theme. figured id throw a jersey on the phone pic, maybe a foam finger, maybe a pic of rupp and banners as home screen. spent the better part of 2 hours trying to resize and make the jersey look right on the droid....no luck.

well im gone to bed. if anyone gets bored and wants to make me a happy man....

Did you get them successfully flashed over to the phone? I can get the zip to update with recovery but I get stuck on the white boot screen.

Are you using an actual pic of a jersey? Or come up with one in CSx?

This will make it very easy for you.Take the attached zip,open it,extract the contents into the tools folder.Double click the autosign.bat file.Then all you do is
1 *hit enter
yes *type it,not just y,hit enter
2 *hit enter
yes *hit enter
3 *hit enter
yes *hit enter
7 *to exit
Everything should now be set up to sign.
