How to change blurred wallpaper to clear on Galaxy S9 apps screen?

Hi there, I know this may sound silly. On my S9 on the apps screen the wall paper is out of focus and somewhat blurred to focus on the apps but on the widgets screen the wallpaper is clear, is there anyway I can change this as I can't seem to find the setting for it. Thanks!
