how to change default music player through bluetooth connection?

I've got a 2014 BMW with Nav/BT,

Every time I select my phone as the Music source in the BMW Nav, the phone chooses the last used music source. So, if I've rebooted the phone and haven't used any media players on phone, it opens the Sansung built in music player and plays the demo song that came with the S6.

If I last opened Spotify, the next time I select my phone Spotify auto plays. Same with Pandora.

Any way to select a default and work around this "last used" setting?

You can select a default, but I don't think you can make the phone not use the last used app when connected to the car.

Try an app like Default App Manager to make changing the default app easier. (It can be done manually - the app just takes you to the right places without your having to remember where they are.)

Thank you. Unfortunately, Default App Manager does not include Spotify or Pandora on its list to be defaults for Audio Streaming. Only has built in player, Google Play Music and a couple other useless choices.
