How to change lock screen with ICS?

Now that my phone has survived a factory reset after the ICS upgrade I am trying to get it back to how I want it. I can't figure out how to change the image on my lock screen. I can change the Wallpaper, but not the lock screen. Anybody lead me in the right direction?

-> First disable lock screen shortcuts..
-> Lock the screen.
-> Wait for few seconds.
-> Unlock and re-enable lock screen shortcuts and
-> Restart the device.

Ironically, by looking for how to "disable lock screen shortcuts" in the Settings > Display area, I saw where to change the Lock screen wallpaper. I swear I looked there before and didn't see it, but I must not have.

Anyway, I now am one step closer to having my phone back the way I want it.
