Trying to upload a photo from photos to send it to ebay and this is the reply

I don't know if Samsung's own Gallery app has an option to resize a photo, but if it doesn't, then you could always install Snapseed (which is from Google as well).

@mustang7757 was talking about the Samsung Gallery app -- maybe he can give you more detailed steps on how to resize?

The stock gallery is in play store
When you open that picture in gallery at the bottom is a pencil , tap it to resize it . Does it give you 2 options to upload to eBay? Gallery and Google photos?
