Hi, so I got this phone last week and rooted it and using the stock ROM and kernel. So far i am pleased with it. I carry the phone in a case holster on my belt. when i get a call i would pull it out and more than half of the times I end up touching the screen and accidentally reject the call. Somehow i must have push the slider bar up and reject it. It's a pain the ass really. I like how my original Droid I can pull it left and right and I never had issues with that.

Is there anyway I can change the slider thing to maybe a different method to accept/reject? I tried Tesla Coil ROM and it is almost identical to my original Droid but it dropped network connections a few times so I went back with the stock ROM.

Any advice appreciated.

I've seen others use WidgetLocker app... I personally don't use it, but it might be worth checking out... It will cost you a couple dollars.

Check out the app "No Lock" once downloaded, open it & click the lock to " disabled" ...it changes it to a press button option instead of slider

Thanks to all of you, I really appreciate the input. I tried the free No Lock for now and will see how it works. Thanks again.
Vince.
