How to change the e-mail address registered on Samsung Account on the Samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1

My brother-in-law gave me a Samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 and all the account registered on My Acounts in that Tablet is under his accounts. I have changed and deleted some of those like Gmail, Facebook, and so on, but I cant seem to change or delete the account from Samsung and it keeps popping up to verify but his e-mail always appear. How can I delete his Samsung Account on that Tablet and change it under mine?

I would do a full factory reset, then start from scratch. Don't try to keep the apps he may have installed--that will probably be too much of a hassle.
