I was wondering if it was possible to change the resolution on a current video? I am unable to send the video as is and read where I should record in 720/1080. I was hoping I wouldn't have to re-record. I have an HTC sense, any suggestions?

Another option would be to take a video directly from your messaging app, which should automatically adjust the resolution downward. In Hangouts, for example, if I tap the paperclip icon when I'm in a conversation with somebody, it gives me the following options: "Take Photo, Take Video, Attach Photo, Location." If I select Take Video, then I can shoot a video that will be at lower resolution, so that it can be sent via MMS messaging.
