How to delete Gear S contacts that are not on my phone

I did a master rest after buying a used Gear S and there are a lot of contacts on the watch that are not on my phone. I tried the "search contact" trick on my phone but that doesnt work and there are no unassigned contacts/groups in my phone.

It's been a year since I've used my Gear S but from what I remember, it should show only the contacts that are on the phone since they are not actually stored on the watch.
