How to disable batch notifications on Samsung S7

[AC Question]

Before I downloaded the Android Nougat update for my Galaxy S7, my notifications would be a mess of stacked notifications, and I liked it that way, but in the update the app in question has been squeezed into a batch notification, meaning I see a small window that will only show 8 notifications from the app at a time, when there's actually 49 to see, there's no way to actually scroll through the other 41 notifications without swiping away other notifications and letting others take its place, is there a way to revert back to singular notifications?
