How to disable "Data Roaming connection lost" on Samsung Galaxy S7, Android 8.0.1

I've turned Data Roaming off to avoid expensive charges while I'm overseas. And I'm using available Wi-Fi hotspots instead.

So I'm getting "Data Roaming connection lost" alerts (that is after clicking the warning triangle in the top icon bar).

How can I disable these alerts.

You can't "click the warning triangle in the top icon bar", all tapping the top icon bar does is allow you to pull down the notification list. The icons are there to let you know what's happening, not to take taps from you.


Try disabling mobile data.
