How to display folders in Outlook email on Samsung Galaxy Note 5

I have purchased a Galaxy Note 5 and have created my outlook email which is my work email but I am unable to see any of the folders attached not even the deleted folder . I need to access these folders to be able to save important emails . How can I get these folders to display? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hit the little arrow next to your email address in the menu and then See All Folders...

oh you're using the Samsung email app... you should try the official Outlook app from the Play store

I recommend going into settings and turning off Focused Inbox and set Notifications to All Mail... that way you don't miss anything that comes in.

That's odd because I have a little drop down next to the inbox to see folders. Maybe because all of my folder are "inside" the inbox.

I would recommend removing the pic, as it has your email address for all to see. Just a suggestion.
