How To Edit Gallery/Photo Tags?

Hello, everyone!
How can I edit/delete photo tags that I've created?

There are now some duplicates, wrongly spelled etc., but just can't find their locations, or how to edit them?!

If you mean the names of the files, ES File Explorer has a pretty good search function, and you can rename the files.

If you mean the metadata in the file (location, date and time taken, etc.), Photo exif editor can do that.

What I'm talking about is the tags I've created in my Gallery/on the S5; I want to find the location (folder, if you like) of those tags in order to delete some of them.

Does your reply mean that it is not possible to delete/edit custom photo tags (not on the photos themselves, but the ones stored in the Gallery) on the S5 without installing ES File Explorer?

Anyone know the file location for the tags (custom/user created) made in the stock Gallery-app on the Samsung S5? Need to delete, and edit, some of my tags.

This is a pretty old thread, discussing a very old version of the Samsung Gallery app. Things may very well have changed by now. Can you tell us which phone you're using, and which gallery app?

So open gallery then tap the picture scroll up half way to bring up a menu and at the bottom can edit or delete by tapping on your tag so it's not highlighted and choose save where my circle is in the screenshot

You have the tablet? Shouldn't make a difference , is the app updated ? It had photo editor and all that ?

You've had two threads related to issues with your phone being rooted (the other thread with the fonts). Perhaps rooting your device and installing a custom ROM is the source of the problems.
