How to erase all personal data from Galaxy s5 active with black screen?

I dropped my galaxy s5 active and broke the digitizer/LCD screen. The phone works and powers on but I am unable to see anything or use the touchscreen. I have already ordered a new phone but I would like to make sure everything is erased before I send the broken phone back to ATT. (It is being replaced with insurance claim so I have to send it back). Is there a way I can do this on a PC or would I need to take it to store that can wipe it for me?

Welcome to Android Central! Try using Android Device Manager on the web to send a wipe command to the phone. This will only work if the phone is on and connected to the web.
