Does Flashing Stock Samsung ROM in Odin Clear out the System Partition?

Options Used:
No repartition
ROM put inside PDA slot

I'm wondering because I suspect there may have been some malware in the previous ROM that was flashed. So I want to be sure all the Files that were in the System Partition Previously are deleted.

PLease tell me how to do factory format back to normal because I formatted whole rom of my MT6575 mobile phone. Download my backup rom not making my phone boot able. Showing android guy dead with open panal.

Will any of these work on the Droid Charge? I searched google for a way to full factory reset the Charge and it brought me here, if so, which one do I use...? Thanks in advance.
