How to factory unlocked galaxy s8+ T-mobile?

It has to be on T-Mobile for at least 40 days before you request the unlock.

I have heard talking to tmobile support on Twitter (Tforce I believe) has usually yielded better results overall. Give that a try.

T-Mobile is very responsive on Twitter. One of the reasons why I use Twitter alot more than Facebook.
