How to find app data from old phone backup

So I used to have an app on my phone that allowed me to track and log all my various skydives and details about the specific jumps. Well unfortunately I've set up my new phone but once I re-downloaded the app all my data was gone. When I changed phones I figured I would be covered by the automatic Verizon backup plus I manually saved all the phone data to my computer. Obviously the automatic backup didn't get this data but I also cannot find the data manually in the files I have.

My question is if there's a way to trace where the data would have been saved in the files since it does not seem to have an easily identifiable name or if the files might be hidden in some way. I'm hoping I have the app data somewhere in these files but I'm just missing it somehow.

I tried Safe Mode and it still doesn't work, so it isn't some other app interfering with audio.
