How to find out who is admin to a Note 3 I was given?

My stalking ex gave me a note 3. I found a jump drive with html files on it with every text message I sent and received. How do I find out if he is admin on this phone or how he is doing this?

Never heard of such thing would be possible, Have you performed a Hard Reset when you have recieved it

Admin would be in Settings - Security - Device Administrators, but either I would change my Google password and then factory reset your phone, or to be totally sure, get a store to reflash (reinstall) a new rom (OS) which would leave it totally clean I am assured.
This is for a worse case scenario.
