How to fix a soft bricked phone which directly boot into recovery

My coolpad note 3 plus is rooted and twrp flashed. After flashing a rom my phone got. Soft bricked. Itz now directly boots to twrp recovery. I cant use sp flash tool because itz boot to recovery when data cable connected.I boot to bootloader and connected to my pc but itz not detecting my device.but in recovery storage is detecting.how to fix it plz help me?any other software is helpful plz help??
